What this is

Dalana Tattoo Parlour sends and receives text messages with clients about tattoo inquiries and appointments. These terms explain how that works.

How you opt in

You opt in by sending a text message to the studio's business number, or by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you. We do not add anyone to a messaging list without that.

What we send

Answers to your questions about tattoos, availability and pricing.
Quotes for the work you asked about.
Appointment confirmations, reminders and changes.
Aftercare instructions after a session.

We do not send promotional blasts, and we do not message people who have not contacted us first.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or write to contato@dalanatattoo.com. Stopping text messages does not cancel an appointment — email us if you need to change one.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.

Your privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
