Who we are

Dalana Tattoo Parlour (also known as Jibaro) is a tattoo studio located at 2636 Grand Avenue, Apt 207, San Diego, CA 92109. It is a sole proprietorship owned by Antonio Ademir da Silva Filho. You can reach us at contato@dalanatattoo.com.

What we collect

Contact information you give us: name, mobile phone number and email address.
What you tell us about the tattoo you want: description, placement, size, budget, reference images you send us.
Messages you exchange with the studio by text message, email or social media, and the date and time they were sent.
Appointment details: dates, sessions and deposits.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To answer your questions, quote your tattoo and schedule your appointment.
To send you appointment confirmations, reminders and changes.
To keep a record of your sessions, aftercare instructions and deposits.
To meet legal and health requirements that apply to tattoo studios in California.

Text messaging

When you message our business number, you consent to receive text messages from the studio about your inquiry and your appointments. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who can see your information

Your information is used by the studio. We share it only with service providers who make the studio work — for example, the messaging provider that delivers our text messages and the scheduling software that holds our calendar — and only so they can provide that service to us. They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
